Program

Rob Kapilow's "What Makes it Great?" series returns to Music Toronto, exploring Dvořák's Piano Quintet No. 2 in A Major. Rob Kapilow has earned the title of "celebrity music educator" with his unique observations, infectious curiosity, and profound grasp of how music expresses the full range of human emotions. Initially launched in 2004 as part of National Public Radio's Performance Today, WMIG has taken on new life in video and especially in live presentations. Rob's capacity to make music accessible appeals to novice listeners while providing insights that seasoned music enthusiasts and even the performers on stage will come away with new appreciation. Part of the MUSE series (Music Unveiled, Stories, Explorations)
