Mendelssohn's Scottish Symphony was inspired by misty Edinburgh. Prokofiev's Symphony-Concerto is one of his final works, created with Mstislav Rostropovich, and one of the most demanding works in cello repertoire, interpreted by Danish cellist Andreas Brantelid.
