A senior human resources role reporting to the President and CEO, supporting unionized orchestra musicians, administrative staff and a large volunteer base. Duties cover employee and labour relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and HR policy. The employer wants significant HR experience in both union and non-union settings, and a reduced schedule of three to four days a week may be considered.
