We're already listed. Do we have to pay for anything? +
No. Your listings are free, and they stay free whether or not you ever subscribe. Corrections are free too — if anything on your page is wrong, email hello@allegroclassical.com and we'll fix it. Verified is for organizations that would rather make those changes themselves.
How do I get my concerts listed on Allegro Classical? +
Send your season announcement or concert details to hello@allegroclassical.com, or use the contact form on this page. You can also send a link to your season or events page and Allegro will keep pulling new concerts from it as they're announced, or submit individual events directly on your city's submit page.
What's the difference between Free, Verified, and Season Partner? +
Free gets every organization a permanent listing, newsletter and social mentions, at no cost. Verified ($150 CAD/year) adds a gold checkmark badge and a dashboard to edit your own profile and concerts directly, with no review wait, and your membership supports Allegro’s growth. Season Partner is the same as Verified plus season-long featured newsletter placement and Partner Features, priced individually for larger, multi-concert seasons.
Why become Verified if listings are free? +
Verified is for organizations that would rather manage their own listings: you edit your profile and concerts yourself and changes go live immediately, with a gold checkmark, priority support and a click analytics dashboard. It also supports Allegro’s growth, which helps keep listings free for every presenter and brings more people to live classical music in your city.
Does paying move my listing up in search or browse results? +
No. Paid tiers buy amplification and presentation — a maintained, verified listing and the tools to keep it accurate. They never buy placement, ranking, or discoverability. Search results and browse pages are never ordered by payment status or tier.
How do I verify my organization? +
Click "Verify Your Organization" on your organization's page, or start from allegroclassical.com/partners/verify. You'll confirm which organization you're verifying, then complete payment through Stripe. Before your dashboard opens, we confirm you're connected to the organization — usually within one business day, and usually just a quick email. We also let the organization's existing contact know, so nobody's listing changes hands without them hearing about it. If we can't confirm it, we refund you in full.
Can I cancel my Verified membership? +
Yes, any time, from the billing page in your dashboard. Your listing drops back to the free tier at the end of the current billing period — it stays listed, just without the Verified badge or dashboard editing.
What if my organization isn't listed on Allegro yet? +
Use the contact form on this page, or email hello@allegroclassical.com, and we'll get you listed for free. You can verify it afterward if you'd like the badge and dashboard access.
Who can edit our dashboard once verified? +
The person who completes checkout becomes the dashboard contact for your organization. Multiple staff accounts and role-based permissions are on the roadmap but aren't available yet, so for now one address holds access. If that person leaves, or you'd like to hand the dashboard to a colleague, email hello@allegroclassical.com and we'll transfer it.

Verified organizations skip all of the above — add and edit concerts yourself in the dashboard. Sign in →
Submissions sent by email or form are reviewed before going live, so please allow a little time for a new concert to appear. Concerts added by a Verified organization publish immediately.
