Calgary Civic Symphony

Founded in 1976, the Calgary Civic Symphony is conducted by Music Director Rolf Bertsch and presents an annual five-concert season. Programmes mix classical masterworks, contemporary pieces, popular film scores and holiday favourites, and the orchestra collaborates with soloists and groups from across Alberta, including Spiritus Chamber Choir and Mount Royal Kantorei.
