Box Office Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

The Royal Conservatory is hiring a part-time box office representative to sell tickets and subscriptions and look after patrons in person and by phone, including at remote box office locations. Shifts are mostly evenings (roughly 4 to 11 p.m. on weekdays) and weekends, so regular evening and weekend availability is needed. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience, ideally in the performing arts, and two years using ticketing or sales software; a musical background is an asset.
