Director, Annual Giving

The Royal Conservatory is hiring a director to lead its annual giving program, covering donor acquisition, retention and upgrading for gifts up to about $25,000. The director sets the annual giving strategy and budget, manages the annual giving team, and moves promising donors into the major gifts pipeline. Candidates need at least seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, including leading annual or direct-response programs and managing staff.
