Director, Individual Giving

The Royal Conservatory is hiring a director to lead its major gifts program for donors giving $25,000 and above. The director builds the annual major gifts plan, manages the individual giving team and pipeline, and carries a selective portfolio of high-value donor relationships. Candidates need at least seven years of fundraising experience with a record of securing major gifts and managing fundraising staff.
