Amadeus Choir

Founded in 1973 and now celebrating over 50 years, the Amadeus Choir of Greater Toronto is a semi-professional auditioned choir of approximately 50 voices under Artistic Director Kathleen Allan. Known for energetic performances, unexpected programming, and strong support for Canadian composers, the choir has earned three National Choral Awards from the Association of Canadian Choral Communities. Amadeus runs the Emerging Canadian Voices mentorship program and the Amadeus Choral Workshop series for emerging conductors and composers.
