Apocryphonia Concert Series
About this organization
The Apocryphonia Concert Series presents concerts of rare, lesser-known and underperformed classical music in the Greater Toronto Area, with a strong early-music emphasis. It was founded in 2022 by tenor Alexander Cappellazzo and performs at St. Thomas's Anglican Church on Huron Street, frequently in partnership with the church's Friends of Music concert series. Its programming is organised into annual Cycles of Musical Revelations and has featured groups such as the Renaissance quintet Diapente and the medieval ensemble Comtessa.
