Founded in 1954, Orchestra Toronto is one of Canada's oldest, largest, and finest volunteer symphony orchestras, with over 80 dedicated musicians. Under Music Director Michael Newnham, the orchestra serves as orchestra-in-residence at Meridian Arts Centre's George Weston Recital Hall, presenting five accessible family-friendly concerts per season. OT is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to making the joy of live orchestral music available to Toronto audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
