Sinfonia Toronto

Sinfonia Toronto is one of Canada's finest chamber orchestras, consisting of virtuoso strings who perform standing in the tradition of great European chamber orchestras. Under Music Director Nurhan Arman, now in its 27th season, the ensemble blends soloistic energy and ensemble brilliance across a repertoire spanning baroque to 21st century. The orchestra has toured twice in Europe, as well as the US, South America, and China, released seven CDs including a Juno Award winner, and premieres many new works each season.
