About this organization
The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts opened in 1997 and is one of Canada's leading venues for presenting and producing world-class artists. It houses the 1,200-seat Chan Shun Concert Hall, Telus Studio Theatre, and Royal Bank Cinema. The venue serves as the premier performance space for UBC School of Music ensembles and presents diverse programming from classical to contemporary performances.
