Founded 45 years ago by Leila Getz, the Vancouver Recital Society brings the world's finest classical musicians to Vancouver for recitals and chamber music concerts at premier venues including the Chan Centre, Orpheum, and Vancouver Playhouse. The VRS has presented such legends as Martha Argerich, Mitsuko Uchida, Hilary Hahn, and Lang Lang, and is internationally recognized as one of North America's most distinguished concert series.
