Allegro INTERMISSION Les Sauvages - Jean-Pierre Guignon (1702-1774) The Evergreen - Caroline Shaw (b. 1982) IV. Root II. Stem String Quartet No. 12 in F Major, Op. 96 - “American” B.179 - Antonin Dvořák (1841-1904) III. Molto vivace IV. Finale (Vivace ma non troppo) This concert features Victoria-based Musicians, Tyson Doknjas & Jeremy Potts (Violins), Jessica Pickersgill (Violas), and Vancouver’s Yu Yu Liu (Cello). These are graduates of conservatories and schools, such as University of Victoria, The Juilliard School, Eastman School of Music, the New England Conservatory of Music, to name a few. You may recognize this talented bunch from orchestras and ensembles such as Victoria Symphony, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Candlelight Concerts, and more.
