Winter Harp

Winter Harp is a beloved annual holiday concert experience created by acclaimed BC harpist Lori Pappajohn and co-founded with Alan Woodland in 1993. The ensemble performs a magical program of Celtic, medieval, and classical Christmas music on an extraordinary array of rare instruments — including Celtic and classical harps, Swedish nyckelharpa, organistrum, bass psaltery, flutes, violin, percussion, and more — with musicians dressed in beautiful medieval attire. Known for sold-out houses and standing ovations, Winter Harp tours multiple BC cities each December and has become one of the province's most cherished holiday traditions for over three decades.
