Program Summary
Soundstreams' free TD Encounters series puts the Kairos Percussion Quartet through Steve Reich, Ann Southam and Juri Seo, with choreography by Heidi Strauss danced by Aerin Cho. Reich's Mallet Quartet is a Soundstreams co-commission, and Southam's Glass House #5 gives the Canadian counterpart to the same minimalist impulse. Admission is free with reservation.
